The Compiz Fusion rpms in this directory are specially built for Fedora 8 and 9.

NOTE: the RPMs in the compiz- directories are old now, please use the repo configured at http://www.dfm.uninsubria.it/compiz/fusion/ for installing fusion on F8. That repo is mirrored here in http://www.lordmorgul.net/pub/compiz/fusion as well.
The RPMs in the fusion repo above are built for i386 and x86_64 with the standard Fedora optflags (they should work on any F8 or F9 installation except ppc or ppc64).

The source rpms and additional info can be found at http://www.fedoraforum.org/forum/showthread.php?t=171130

The rpms in the compiz- directories are optimized for i686 processors, tuned for pentium4. Do not use them... they are just old files sitting there in case someone goes looking (if thats you looking for them, make sure you know you want those old bits instead of the new ones in the repository mentioned above).
